Welcome to the new Website forum of the Blue Sky Riders, the newest off-road motorcycling club to be formed in Ontario. Dual Sport, Enduro, Motorcross, Trials or strictly trail riders are all welcome to join the fun.
We were formed in early February this year will be getting off the ground soon as an affilliate club of the OFTR - Ontario Federation of Trail Riders and of the MCC, the Motorcycle Confederation of Canada so that our members can take advantage of the benefits such as insurance, consultation and representation that these umbrella provincial and national groups provide.
We'll be planning and holding events locally in the area on a regular basis to have fun doing what we love to do - riding. We'll also be playing an education and stewardship role for our fellow riders for safe, sustainable riding, so that the next generation of riders will inherit the same or better riding opportunities that we presently enjoy in the north.
This web forum will act as our social hub, allowing us to plan and post rides, events and experiences to share with our members, local people who are interested in off-road riding.Through the power of internet media , we'd also like to promote our area as an off-road riding destination for riders from other parts of the country/continent .
Who knows, maybe even people from other parts of the world will come across our website and pay our area a visit sometime ?
Anyway...relax, stay a while. Feel free to register and post. Watch for upcoming events and we look forward to working and having fun with everyone as we come together as a club!
